Dear friend, you can leave the customized details with order ID to my email seadesign004@yeah.net or send the messasges in the seller note, you can place the order directly and after payment, send messages to us directly.We accept any language to print on.Just tell us the customized details in the seller notes or message us when ordering.

1-3 business days after your order has been placed, a digital proof will be emailed to you for approval. After you approve the proof, the printing process will begin! THE PRODUCTION PROCESS DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED THE DIGITAL PROOF.

PROOFS:
Please indicate in the notes if you would like a proof of your frosted cups. We will send this to you within 2 business days. Once you confirm you are fully satisfied with the final proof, we will immediately begin the production of your frosted cups.

All graphic designs and printing are done in house, therefore we are able to customize to meet your needs!
We have multiple ink color options for you to choose from. Please select this from our drop-down menu.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All frosted cups are made to order, and specifically designed for your needs. Given these are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges, however, please do send us a message if you are not satisfied with your order.
